7 Day Change of Mind Policy Terms & Conditions
- Cable Society is pleased to offer a 7 Day Change of Mind Policy
- All 7 Day Change of Mind Policy requests must complete our RMA Form for Pre Authorisation, before sending your items back.
- All Returns must be sent in as new condition & include all packaging and accessories in as new condition.
- The cost of the return is the customers responsibility, Cable Society will bear no freight charges for Change of Mind returns.
- Cable Society reserve the right to reject any 7 Day Change of Mind Policy requests, these include, but are not limited to -
- The goods were purchased as a clearance item
- The goods were purchased as a special or custom order
- The goods were purchased as part of a multi-buy, where special pricing was applied & only part of this purchase is requested for return
- The goods are not complete
- The goods are damaged
- The goods have been used
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of a minimum 10%.
- If the returned goods are received in a condition not as described, we reserve the right to reject your return & charge a fee to resend your goods back to you.
- Any fraudulent activity detected, such as incorrect items sent, non matching serial numbers etc, will be reported to the Police for further investigation.
